Ever wondered how the smallest function in any business (Legal…) can truly thrive?

The secret is tapping into a community of like-minded legal pros for quick answers and moral support.

Being an in-house lawyer can be lonely.

If you’re solo, no one else at your company does what you do (or gets your job).
Even if you’re in a small team, you’re still massively outnumbered by other functions (*coughs* GTM…)

That’s exactly why I created ITGC here in Ireland, when I was first legal hire at a rapid scale tech company: to combat loneliness, share innovative strategies, and build a fast, well-liked legal function run by lawyers who are strong business partners.

Here’s what worked for me 👇

⁠I searched for a community of innovative legal pros - but couldn’t find one in Ireland. So, I built one myself.
⁠I started sharing content on LinkedIn to connect with like-minded people.
⁠I found an amazing tribe of creators committed to transforming in-house legal work and dragging our industry into the 21st century.
I organised a (hard) launch party, regular in-person events and a Slack group so we could contact each other.
